Why did you choose True?

I chose True because I have always been fascinated by how consumer brands work their magic in our everyday lives. True's unique business model allows us to see behind the curtain of the consumer industry, from the earliest stages to the most established companies. Further, everyone I've crossed paths with at True has made me feel part of the team and empowered immediately!

How would you describe your job to a five-year-old?

We have a bag of money and a team of smart people and use this to help creative young businesses and teams grow into the future's superstar companies.

What book, article or movie has profoundly impacted your life?

One book from my childhood that's left a lasting impression on me is "The Little Prince." Its timeless lessons still resonate with me: the importance of finding purpose in our actions, the value of broadening our horizons through new connections and stepping beyond our comfort zones, and the enduring need to foster creativity and imagination.

If you could reimagine something to make life easier for people, what would it be?

If I had the chance to reimagine something, I'd pick London's bustling tube system during those crazy rush hours to make it more spacious and not boiling hot!

What makes a start-up standout to you?

In my perspective, a great startup revolves around an exceptional team that strives to bring its vision to life, thereby making our world a little easier and better by looking at old problems from a new angle.
