Noa's interest in innovation and the consumer sector started with her involvement in start-up and business case challenges focused on emerging technology and sustainability. She then joined 180 Degrees Consulting, where she built digital strategies and MVPs for socially and environmentally driven enterprises. Her most recent work experience is in Digital Commerce at Nike's EMEA HQ where she helped develop the operating model and UX strategy to optimise product discovery on Nike.com. She joins True, having just graduated with a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bath in July 2023.
I chose True because I was drawn by its unique perspective on the consumer sector and its vision of rethinking the future of businesses. I saw True as a bridge between my interests in consulting, investment, and the start-up world and a challenge to think of opportunities to enhance knowledge-sharing across these areas. Secondly, I was attracted by the energy of the people at True, especially their passion and support for one another.
We help companies understand what the future will look like and how to get there.
The book that has most profoundly impacted the way I think was ‘Start with Why’ by Simon Sinek, which I read my last year in high school. This was the first book that made me really think about leadership and the dynamics of organisations. I think the book provided a great amount of inspiration when it came to deciding my career path and insight when learning how to work in teams.
A context creator/ fact or bias-checker for stories in the news or social media to create a more accurate picture of what is happening globally.
I find ongoing developments in social commerce and digital product passports exciting as they redefine how we value products and have some interesting opportunities when it comes to the topic of measuring circularity.
